Nippattu Masala Chaat Recipe is a South Indian specialty found mostly in the southern region of India. Crispy flat savory crackers called Nippattu or Thattai is topped with a mix of onions & carrots and a drizzle of the sweet and spicy chutneys.

Ingredients
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Coriander for garnish
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt as required
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 carrot, gratted
1/2 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp sweet chutney
5 nippattu
1 cup bhel
Recipe
Arrange the nippattu on the serving plate. Lightly press with your palm after placing it on the plate.
Add 1 tbsp green chutney and 1 tbsp sweet chutney evenly across the nippattu.
Sprinkle 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt as required, 1 tsp chat masala and 1 tsp coriander powder across the nippattu.
Add 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, coriander and add bhel on to the nippattu.
Serve this Nippattu Masala Chaat and enjoy.
